One item received in working order, the other is DOA and cannot find anywhere how to resolve on the order area. Items not expensive but not the point. It should be easy to click on your order and update with any issues requiring to be resolved.

Just made yet another purchase from MyMemory and as always the speed of delivery and service on the website was excellent. On this occasion I needed to contact support and the service was unbelievable. MyMemory will remain my first choice for all things tech.

I ordered some Bluetooth earbuds as a birthday gift for my husband. They arrived in a timely fashion approximately 2 weeks before his birthday. Unfortunately once opened and put on charge one of the buds would not charge up. I contacted mymemory, who replied very quickly and explained this to them. Once we had established that the buds could not be reset they immediately said they would send a replacement. I was completely amazed at this level of customer service as you usually have to fight tooth and nail for either a refund or replacement item. 5 stars through and through, unless they never turn up!!

I bought a set of Bluetooth earbuds from MM, Aukey EP-T32, after about 3 months the right ear battery would not hold charge and failed. MM accepted that they were faulty on my word alone and immediately sent out a replacement pair and said I did not need to return the broken set. That's excellent customer service! I have bought from MM many times before with out any issues on items, but from this experience I will definitely purchase from again.
